The food is perfect on every level: Creativity, taste, presentation and value. The wine list is interesting and well priced and the service and atmosphere only enhance to the experience. “ Ce n’est pas la première fois que je commande chez eux, et d’habitude le monsieur qui prend les commandes est toujours serviable. Mais cette fois, j’ai eu un problème avec le livreur. J’ai fait descendre ma fille pour récupérer la commande. Le livreur est resté sur son scooter et s’est contenté de lui dire « attention » sans préciser que le sac était fragile et qu’il fallait le tenir par en dessous. Forcément, le sac s’est déchiré et tout est tombé par terre. Le livreur la regardait ramasser les sushis sans bouger et en répétant : « je lui est dit attention ». Je lui ai parlé par la fenêtre pour lui demander pourquoi le sac s’était ouvert ; il m’a répondu : « c’est lourd, je lui ’avais dit ». Quand je lui fais remarquer que la moindre des choses est de prévenir son responsable et d’aider, il me répond : « c’est toi qui dis n’importe quoi ». J’ai rappelé Sushi Aime, qui s’est excusé gentiment et m’a renvoyé la commande gratuitement — et j’apprécie vraiment leur geste. Mais c’était encore le même livreur. Je suis descendue moi-même. Quand je lui ai expliqué , il m’a simplement répondu blasée le gars : « j’avais dit attention, c’est comme ça ». Quand je lui ai dit qu’il agissait comme un gamin et que s’il était blasé, il ne devait pas faire ce métier, il m’a répondu qu’il avait « deux bécanes et une voiture et qu’il n’était pas petit ». À croire qu’il fallait le Comprendre et qu’il prouvait quelque chose quoi ? Je sais pas moi même pathétique Je lui ai demandé de me rendre la monnaie du pourboire ; il m’a dit qu’il ne me la rendrait pas car « il ne l’a pas ». Sans vouloir faire la radine, sushi aime par la bonne nourriture mérite tellement plus de pourboire et être reconnue pour la propreté et la nourriture qui est très bonne mais ce livreur ne mérite même pas un centime de pourboire. Catastrophique ! ”
